Does it mean (by above reasoning) that Pakistan has SLBM, satellite busters, Solid state laser space weapons too?

Only few countries like US,China etc. have satellite busters.
No country in the world can develop it easily.
India is still developing this technology.
One needs to have a huge knowledge and experience in space technologies.

You are wrong mate..... India has ASAT technology....Saraswat said India had perfected the building blocks for an A-SAT weapon but there were no plans to field any such system.

India currently does not have any ASAT capability,Saraswat in an another interview told that they have a base in the model of prithvi series which can b used as ASAT's.

Meanwhile it is still debatable who have a better ABM tech.

China tested a mid course interceptor though remaining silent after that,though it is claimed that their SAM's have some ABM capabilities in the form of HQ-9 and KS-1,they also have their own version's og S-300(HQ-15),S-400(Buk),HQ-19(S-400)

Meanwhile India had tested Endo and Exo atmospheric missiles with grat success
