FAISALABAD: The case against Station House Officer (SHO) of Peoples Colony, Faisalabad, who shot a school boy dead in a fake encounter, was registered on Tuesday, ARY News reported.

SHO Faryad Husain on Monday opened fire on Farhan, 15 year-old school boy, when he was taking snaps with toy gun on Faisalabad’s Susan road, without any warning.

As the result of which Farhan got severely injured and later succumbed to his wounds while his Fahad,14, sustained injuries.

Mohammad Ali, Uncle of injured boy Fahad, lodged a murder case against SHO Faryad Husain.

City Police Officer (CPO) Afzal Ahmed has constituted a 3-membner committee to probe fake encounter and killing. SSP Investigation Faisalabad will head the committee comprising – SP Madina Division and SP Lyalpur Division.

First of all, go **** yourself for that dumbass title @Horus , @Oscar , please handle this. Next, it was most likely done due to a misunderstanding.

Toy guns are, a lot of times built to seem realistic, especially in South Asia. In most western countries, there are laws against them. In Canada, a toy gun must have a orange or red tip, plus it must have some sort of transparent part to it, to show that it is mechanically a toy.

With Pakistan's current security climate, I don't understand why parents would even risk such a thing, they should know better.

Manners Mr. Think Tank...manners. This is the age of jingoistic journalism....such titles are day to day occurrence. Get used to it...I have seen worse...here in PDF..the thing is there a different set of rules for different members...the bias is quite visible.
