The movie Waar is directed by Bilal Lashari who used to direct music video, so I imagine there are many Pakistani music video concepts out there that can be turned into full length movies by talented directors.

The concept of this movie seems to be about a man who is shoot on the street, he goes into some sort of a dream like world, in which he explores his subconscious or something. It kina reminds me of Alice in Wonderland.

Would be nice to see this music video turned into a full length movie.

No, but the director used to make music videos before he made his first movie Waar, and there is also another movie coming out called "Moor" By Jami, another music video director. There are a lot of talented directors out there, if given the opportunity can make really impressive movies.
