The management of PANA Force Foods has rich history and experience spreading over two hundred years to its credit in handling food items and dealing with food related services. Research and Development segment of Food Management Wing identifies the food related problem areas and suggests viable solutions.

PANA Force Food Processing Centre aims at providing quality goods at affordable prices. Presently the company is supplying two different brands of products to Pakistan Army commonly known as Meal Ready to Eat (MRE) and Emergency Pack Ration (EP Ration or High Energy Biscuits) whereas plant for production of dehydrated vegetables and fruits is under construction. PANA Force Foods offer it's customers a wide range of products for selection in line with their liking & taste. DEHYDRATED FRUITS AND VEGETABLES

Research and development segment of Food Management Wing identified the problems relating to quality of dehydrated fruits and vegetable being supplied to Pakistan Army by civil sector. A small plant was established to conduct trials to perfect the procedures required to produce products of internationally recognized standards.

Prolonged tests were conducted and results critically analyzed, the positive outcome of trials inspired us to enter into large scale production. The company is in the advanced stage of planning to create a new facility for production of products meeting desired international standards. After the completion of plant, PANA Force Food Processing Center Would offer its customers a wide variety of dehydrated fruits and vegetables for selection at a very competitive and affordable price.

PANA Force Food Processing Center is also manufacturing Emergency Pack Tation since 1991. This product is consumed when provision of normal supplies is not feasilbe due to bad weather, difficult terrain or the nature of force employment.

Manufacturing Process / Preparation Procedure
Ingredients are cleaned, dust and other matter is separated
Constituents are mixed in appropriate proportions
After mixing, ingredients are cooked for specific length of time and then cooled down
Cooled stuff is then processed on custom fabricated machine to give it the desired shape
Biscuits are backed later packed & sealed

Ingredients. High Energy Biscuits pack commonly known as Emergency Pack Ration comprises of eight biscuits. The product is created by using following ingredients according to prescribed formula:-

You can't even if you try the MRE production facility is located in nowshera inside Army Service Corps Centre.So the only way you can contact lt.col shahab whos incharge is via centre commadant.

During ideas 2012 we received orders from the Nigerian army.it was started but due to an *** hole sitting at the post of dgs&t who won't name it was scrapped. It was a great venture put to an end now MRE is being produced for the Zarbe Azb and for soldiers taking part in 23 march parade.

No they stink like hell and look like crap In a can. No they don't have such tablets. Plus it is very difficult to Eat hence the MRE setup in nowshera
