The disgraced doctor is in prison for violating the trust of medical profession , as he administered fake polio vaccination to Children , who were given a false indication that they were treated with anti Polio vaccine.

There is no real account of total damage to Children by this doctor , 1 child or 10,000 Children over 3-5 years

Due to this Medical Negligence , performed under an order for an external Spy agency the doctor is in Prison

Due to the doctor not maintaining a record of patients who recieved fake drug , we won't know for sure what is the real impact of his action


FACT:
Immediately after capture of doctor , Pakistan noticed a substantial rise in Polio cases in certain areas of country which pointed towards a large number of children being left untreated by Polio Vaccine the two things were corelated. The parents and the children (being infants) were not aware they were given fake medicine

The fake doctor was more interested to take blood samples instead of administering proper medical vaccine to infants

10,000 Fake medicine administeration can easily mean a Life sentence in any country



Once the Life sentence is served the Person can go accept international Nationality of his choice
