Perhaps I'm not conveying it correctly.
I meant to say that with regards to it's implications it's more symbolic than anything tangible.
I fully understand what you are saying and I reject your premise completely.
You are trying to turn this into a "women who are victims are standing up for their rights"
When this is actually about "poor people who are victims are standing up for their rights"
There is no magic man who is oppressing women in Pakistan, but there are Landlords and mafias who are oppressing poor people. I hope you see the difference.
