Pakistani food served in the UK - comments?

So there are two hamdard's one in India and one in Pakistan and both are unrelated companies but with the same product?

How come nobody filed infringement?

It is the case of one of the son of Hamdard family moving to Pakistan post 1947 and starting a branch in Karachi. More over the company deals in Unani and Ayurvedic products some thing for which infringement cases were never filed.

I don't find much difference between Pakistani/Indian foods when it come to vegetarian foods(daal, sabzi, aloo, kurry, pakora etc) People who are saying Pakistani foods are oily need to understand that there is no fixed recipe about using oil or other spices as everyone use them according to their own taste not only in Pakistan but in India as well so i don't get it when we are generalising food as Pakistani or Indian. Many Indian restaurants have Pakistani cooks and vice versa as well

People in pakistan also dont have same prefrences for food. For example Pahtuns people dont use much oil and they also cook meat dishes and karahe/fry ghost/chapl kebab more. I am sure even in your own families everyone cook daal/chawal in differnt way and you will get different taste in different house
