No problem to be very honest, that was my whole point all along, to show the 'other' side of Pakistan people rarely get to see and I love their creativity, hope these people continue along and take Pakistan to the global stage with their talent. Thanks Shamk9 and Khanz you guys are doing an excellent job.
It shows that Pakistan has very vibrant and growing fashion industry, during a time when it is more popular to view it as a fanaticized and war-torn nation. Most often than not, when people think of Pakistan, pictures of bomb blast victims, dehumanized women and ruthless Taliban terrorists come to mind. At times, the media perpetually broadcasts a negative and one sided image of Pakistan as if the country as a whole is synonymous with corruption, violence and terrorism.
This thread shows the vivacious fashion scene that has been flourishing regardless of Pakistan’s national problems. The fact that Pakistani designers are able to create these mesmerizing designs shows that Pakistan is very much in touch with the world in terms of modernity and style.
Having said that, I'm not denying that we don’t have serious problems, we do have corruption, violence and terrorism that need to be seriously tackled and eradicated.
Cheers.
