the idea is pretty western, pakistan women like to wear paijamas with the kurta, but here it look like women are not wearing payjamas at all(skirts) dont fool your self the cloths can be designed by pakistanis, like music, the idea is westernized, or western fusion, u can can google western influences in pakistani music, which is fine for me..

so what ? they are choosing to wear it from their own free will and not forcing anyone to have their lifestyle they're just showcasing clothes and thats it.
Every country gets influenced by another to some extent nothing wrong in it as long as it's not hurting people -niqaab is arab and burqa is afghan cultural thing due to taliban and sari is indian which is also worn in pakistan don't fool yourself these are not islamic or pakistani dresses either these women must be wearing it to please their indian, afghan and arab masters then
