According to the 2000 U.S. Census, Indian American men had "the highest year-round, full-time median earnings ($51,094)", while Indian American women had a median income of $35,173.[23]

Indian Americans own 50% of all economy lodges and 35% of all hotels in the United States, which have a combined market value of almost $40 billion.[25] In 2002, there were over 223,000 Asian Indian-owned firms in the U.S., employing more than 610,000 workers, and generating more than $88 billion in revenue

more appropriate way to say is only 2% of indian in USA are taxi driver while 10% of pakistani living in USA are taxi driver
and yes there is nothing wrong in taxi driver job but it does show the working skill

Yes but there are many more Indians then Paks in USA, I am also sure India has more doctors, millionaires, businessmen, politicians, journalists then Pakistan in USA too.

There are approx. 3 Million Indians in U.S. There are 200 thousand Pakistani in U.S. Ratio is 1:15 (if data is true)

For India, 16,000 Taxi Driver out of 3 Million means 0.56% as Taxi Driver.
For Pakistan, 10,000 Taxi Driver out of 2,00,000 means 5% as Taxi Driver.

So, Difference is 1:10 population wise. Also, Indian IT Professional number is more than Pakistani people in U.S.
