So future if Indian defnece industry it is going to be mostly privatised which is good in terms of getting advance products for India which previously India might be importing but not good for low value ammunition and other amterial as they will be much costly from private sector ...

India has one problem they compare their products with the best of the west which have been tried and tested over a period of time. Dude until and unless you try and test your own product, how can u evolve and improve on that product. JF17 is way better then LCA not because of any better gadgets or stuff but instead it is being tried tested and improved with passage of time. LCA on the other hand instead of being flown and then perfected is rather being perfected on shelf and thus taking time. This is all just because of bureaucracy and incompetency of Indian Air force and the kickbacks. They should have sternly asked for LCA in numbers and then perfected them with usage. Sorry but until and unless your forces take command your indigenous products will become waste and you will have to rely on outside world for your needs which will always lead to more corruption.

You didn't get the point. Your Airforce and Army is the main hindrance in usage of your indigenous products. Where as Subs we are in the process of making 4 and the last 2 nobody knows will either be ssbn or diesel electric and aircraft carrier we don't need. But we are talking about structural progress not having more quantity of products progress.

No one refutes that the basic design is from Dr. Kurt Tank, but it was the Indian team which undertook further engineering & productionisation of the same. That was a great achievement for a developing country at that time.
