Dude, India is a super power, no matter if you agree or not. USA, not even China can afford to loose India as a partner, they need India more than they need anyone else. A lot of their money is at stake (if Indian economy collapses). So China know how to behave because, if Indian market is gone, that will virtually be the end of Chinese economy.

P.S: Super Power doesn't essentially mean Military might alone.
