As you've mentioned building ''Walls'' between Muslims and non. This does not tell me there is any social cohesion. 1) Either it is build just to close eyes from the real situation and show fake support.
2) To give message to Christians that God is with them NO MATTER WHAT, Do not fear.
3) Pakistan is islamic country and does not support anti Islamic beliefs. It is in the constitution.
4) If it is attacked, which is 100% possible, this will be more problematic. I believe this is intentionally being built as a target to be destroyed and defame Pakistan.
