Well such is the sad state of affairs -we dont even have guts to stand behind our institutions...ever thought why woild Military try to cover up for their mistakes rather than coming clean?

How they are expected to reveal identity of uzbek terrorists? And how you can say that killed have no connection with terrorism? Every terrorist have family, he doesn't drop from mars to plant bomb or do suicide attack. You think they were civilians, good bring details, go to courts and prove them innocent.

show the bodies to media, Iam sure any man with ordinary prudence would be able to differentiate ethnicity?, and another fellow just suggested that their bodies should be send back to Uzbikistan, i sure think you dont fear Uzbikisitan to invade Pakistan for that like American would have if we had closed nato supply... oops wrong tense used.

Very regretable news of collateral damage if true.

If this is the case then Army should compensate the victims.

Considering the fact that Military is the state institution and now that PM is on good terms with COAS, should it not be the Govt compensating the victims? Is this not the first time Military has done this but expect collateral damage in War, but it is the job of Govt to stand behind its decision

The problem is very few of us have actually faced the innocents living the the most voilatile regions in the country.
Be it FATA,interior sindh,balochistan or punjab, anyone who has a family is considered an innocent in the eyes of a common Pakistani, that one guy might be the sole earner of the family but we fail to realize that what could be the source of hos earning.....

What emotions for family? Having family doesn't mean that someone can't be terrorist - or your talibans are being dispatched directly from heaven, and 72 virgins wait for them until they return?

that be fair thing to do.. buy guess what war mongers will still have a problem, all we demand here is to reveal the truth.. we have send our boys not to kill indiscriminately, we have send them to do a reasonable job, and we pay hell lot of good money to them to do this...and as a common pakistani i expect them to do a good job, not the bad, if they do a bad job, they are to be held accountable by their own governing law that they function according to, not to cover up the crimes it commits...
