Why not compare America's anti terror laws with that of India? Can you imagine the outrage, if India was to pull a Guantanamo bay against terrorists and their supporters in India, or if India was to run a surveillance campaign in the Mosques. Oh no, then you intellectually dishonest people won't compare India with America.

JNU jholawalas need to concentrate on their studies instead.

It has been a den of anti-national and terrorist activities for at least 3 decades. Having lived in Delhi for quite some time, I had the opportunity to observe JNU like very few of our region who aspire to get a scholarship in that top notch university.

It is top because of not being excellent on its own merit but under Nehruvian patronage for years.

Also, any institute which commits treason through keeping such an ideology alive and encouraging sedition under the garb of 'freedom of speech' should be shut down and all its trustees and JNUSU leaders be hanged unto death.

Let's not have an entire island chain crawling with terrorists and loony convicts.

Andaman is a tourist destination with a very easy going lifestyle of people there. It will be hell for A&N police even if one terrorist escapes.

It is best to take them to some place like Chandipur island (where missile testing is done and is uninhabited and simply finish them off.

I very well know what your post is about. Its funny the very leftists who can not get enough of jacking over Maoism and Communism, today want to India to follow the example of a democratic America and not that of a communist China . The very jholawadis who take out protest rally against American and its western allies, today want India to follow the example of America and other western nation , and only mind you, when its convenient for them.

If you want India to follow the American way on sedition issues, then you shouldn't have issues with India following the American anti-terror model either. You can't pick and choose, as and when its convenient for your cause.

I already did. Our countries have this idiotic idea of nationalism. Even I have indian flags from a peace video I made and have heavy links with Lucknow. Does that make me in any way Indian? The Kohli fan thing was very similar to an incident in India:

In this case it was not even a Pakistani flag. Both governments are very chauvinistic with ideas of nationalism and supporting kohli does not mean the person is anti pakistan. India arrested our people in colleges recently for questioning the killing of Afzal Guru while Modi being ruler. They were asking a legitimate question. How a Hindu mass murdered becomes PM while a Muslim man who is unproven terrorist is hanged. It shows India's 2 faced policy.

Pakistan the same thing happens. Deepak Perwani was forbidden from entering a hotel because he mistakenly mentioned India. Even I had a problem in Lucknow when I said I was loyal to Pakistan. My views on this topic are clear. Both governments and policemen should refrain from being the thakedar of nationalism.
