.
This is bullsh!t! Have these guys measured everyone's girth in Pakistan to arrive at this conclusion? These statistics are nothing but brain farts of 'researchers' who have nothing else to do.

. .
North Indians going there too.. The obesity and diabetis / heart related issues are affecting the urban rich mostly. Our lifestyles have changed but we still keep eating as if we are working 18 hours a day in the fields. Agrarian societies needed all that kind of diet but with the ease of conveyance through daily conveniences is getting us.

. . .
We Pakistanis seriously take loads of quantity of food a day as compare to westerns or other asian nations ,doesn't matter we are in Pakistan or anywhere in this world
Seriously we need to think about our diet

You guys definitely deserve to be no 1 in this. The kind of fully loaded (with all types of fats) lip smacking food that you prepare, no 10 doesn't do justice. i always buy Shaan masala for preparing chicken (i guess, it is imported from pakistan), and frequently visit pakistani foodie sites for recipe of non-veg. The suggested way of preparing is such that you can eat more than what your stomach can store, what your intestines can break, your liver and kidneys can absorb. I end up gaining weight and increased lipid profile too.

And major contribution would have been from Lahore and Faisalabad :P
