Read the OP properly. Do u have any problems in comprehension. The OP says that it is Pakistan which expressed its willingness to start trade between Afghanistan and India. It is not the other way round, in short neither India nor Afghanistan has approached Pakistan for resumption of trade, even if Afghans agree to trade. We Indians will reject it completely. We Indians have also rejected CPEC or SEE PACK. The Chinese were even willing to rename CPEC had India joined OBOR.
