There are several armoured vehicles built by HIT.

The ones you are talking about are bullet proof defenders etc.. Similiar vehicles are offered by several security companies in Pak to civilians..

There are plans to buy Altays subsystems (cost effectiveness) to replace the French subsystems in tanks but that it seems hasn't happened yet.. Cause the last time I checked the older AKs & UDs were upgraded with Sagem systems..
