Looking at the protest pictures and supporters across social media and such, I'd put their number between 500-1500 people max. Any bigger and the Army or even PM would make a statement addressing it, and watching videos of Frontier Corps operations in Balochistan, they are primarily concerned about Taliban taking refuge in border towns, but they do acknowledge that the movement is primarily contained in several villages and a single town in southern Balochistan.

Also the bulk of supporters are either Indians, or "Balochi" 2nd or 3rd Gen living comfortably in western countries. Theres one guy whos the most vocal, he claims that he's proudly gay, and openly atheist. That should tell you how out of touch he is, if he went to Balochistan and said that he would be lynched by his own "brothers and sisters" that he is an 'activist' for.

Another thing I found is that many supporters also despise Punjabis, despite the fact that the army is desegregated, and inside Pakistan, Balochi-Punjabi rivalry/conflict is nonexistent.
