In principle, I am against proliferation of such sensitive technologies but unfortunately the realities of this world dictate otherwise. I wish this world becomes more equitable for all and we use technology for peaceful progress and convenience of all mankind and not for the destruction.
This technology can be used for launching space vehicles aka SLVs. Pakistan should focus on the space program like India and China.
