Like his words!! He is an American "DIGVIJAY SINGH".

. .
"We feel that sort of misadventure or
miscalculation will result in a
catastrophe."

Ya... This Time Whole Of Pakistan will blow up...!! :)

Oh come on Mr. Bashir don't worry... You keep a check on cross border terrorism and border infiltration and co-operate with India over 26/11, we won't harm you, after all we are neighbours.

.
Sorry to say that, your late polatical leader Benezir Bhotoo quoted that she would bring in US troops to control terrorism if the PAK military is not capable of controlling terrorist acts. It means that your own leader was not sure if your military is not capable of controling terror networks.
To be honest. These terror networks are secretly run by the ISI.

.
Mr. Bashir should be bshed because he does not understand english. our army and navy chiefs merely said that we have the CAPABILITIES AND NOT INTENTIONS OF DOING SUCH OPERATIONS!! He reads more than required between the lines!! BTW he is in the civilian govt. waiting to be couped..... real thing the army knows!! who can do what???

.
Foreign Secretary Salman Bashir said that it would be catastrophic if any other country even thinks of following the example of the United States.

Which mean only USA allowed for such unauthorized raid! :taz:

Pakistan warns against further raids
Actually US do not care.

"There should be no doubt Pakistan has adequate capacity to ensure its own defense."
You could not even detect it.

You could not even detect it.

how do you know that the military did not detect US helicopters. It might be possible that military might have detected it but allowed them in as the U.S said that Pakistani authorities was informed a day before the operation. .

helicopters are not aircrafts. They are low flying machines. In fact a man in Abbotabad unknowingly reported that there was a helicopter flying above and he cannot sleep now. . Even our cadets in PMA could have taken that chopper down. .

.
1) We do not have money and power like US.
2) We do not have stealth helicopters and fighters like US.

India cannot do it for now without going all out war.

But US do not care. They will do it whenever needed.

.
Actually we don't need to do anything. Some of the bozos of LeT who already imagine themselves to be the new Al Qaeda (ver 2.0) will sooner or later target the Americans again. They are already in the American cross hairs after killing Americans during 26/11. Only a matter of time before the U.S. goes after them & their handlers. The success of this operation will lead the U.S. to push much harder. Why should India do anything when what we should do is wait & watch these guys get their just desserts?

she was'nt a Military Professional. .

.
ya.. makes sense. enjoy when a rich man rapes you! avoid when a poor one does the same!

we are just warning you that the DREAM you are living with that you are gonna carry out operation in Pakistan aint gonna happen. .

In fact I can't understand that why indians are so excited over this. . you have no business in this matter. . Kabaab mei haddi. .

Will carry out Abbottabad-type attacks in Pakistan if needed: US

WASHINGTON: The US will again carry out special operations in Pakistan if required like the attack that killed Osama bin-Laden to target high profile terrorists, a top White House official said, asserting this had been "very successful".

Notwithstanding the reaction from Pakistan that America's covert operation against bin Laden was an "unauthorized unilateral action", White House Press Secretary Jay Carney said the Obama Administration would continue with this policy if that country does not act against terror suspects holed up in that country.

The Obama Administration at the same time said the al Qaeda leader would have been taken alive had he surrendered to the US commandos but maintained that its covert operation in Abbottabad deep inside Pakistan on Sunday to kill him was conducted in a manner "fully consistent" with the laws of war.

Carney told reporters the US believes that the 9/11 mastermind was brought to justice in the helicopter raid and that it is "entirely appropriate" given the circumstances.

"It's a hypothetical, but certainly that method was very effective and was entirely lawful. I certainly wouldn't want to preclude the use of that method by anything I might say from here," Carney said.

Carney's remark came in response to a question. "You said that we are not done going after terrorists. The Pakistani government said in a statement that Sunday's raid was an 'unauthorized unilateral action.'

So how would that statement sort of affect any future special operations that might take place for another person believed to be involved with al Qaeda?" Carney was asked.

Carney further said, "We will continue to seek and find and bring to justice terrorists who are plotting to do harm to Americans and our allies."

Q) Are you saying that the US reserves the right to, as the President said back in the campaign, if Pakistan will not act against terror suspects, to go and enter Pakistani territory and act against them?".

A) "Yes. He made very clear during the campaign that that was his view. He was criticized for it. He maintained that that was his view, and by the actions he has taken as President, feels that it was the right approach and continues to feel that way," the press secretary said."

US President Barack Obama has consistently said that he would go ahead to target high profile terrorists, if he had actionable intelligence and the Pakistani Government was not willing to act.

On the surrender issue, Carney said, "The (Special Operations) team had the authority to kill Osama bin Laden unless he offered to surrender; in which case the team was required to accept his surrender if the team could do so safely."

"If Osama bin Laden had surrendered the US could have brought him into custody safely, then that would have been bringing him to justice as well.

But US do not care. They will do it whenever needed.

1)We have enough money... Atleast enough for such operations. What would you expect from a country where scams worth thousands of crores go un-noticed. :P

2)There is no thing such as stealth helicopter. You can reduce the cross-section but what about the Rotors. They can be detected by radars of 80's.
You should accept that it may be the case that Pakistan was not aware of operation before hand but once SEALS were in their airspace, Pak Air Force knew it was the US. Or it would not have taken so long to scramble the PAF.
So Indian choppers with a little Indian adjustments would be as fine as the US. The rest depends upon tactics.

3)Now coming to the point of a full blown war.
It won't be a full blown war. It would be a swift action - ''DO OR DIE'' - and then contain the Pak forces at the border i.e. being defensive instead of being offensive. I believe Pak forces can't move an inch into the Indian Border considering strong Indian Defence.
The only threat is of their Nuclear Tipped Missiles. DRDO is working on that - Brahmos to kill them at the silos - Prithvi Air Defence and Advanced Air Defence to kill them in mid-flight. Rest SU-30MKI can easily handle.

Stage is all set. Loaded and locked baby!!

Nice evaluation... Eh??

Regards.
