Pakistan warns of aggressive campaign against India over IWT violations

Good luck for the aggresive campaign at home and abroad.

We don’t have funds. Last two government policies has forced us in such situation, Imran Khan is our last hope.Temporarily we need more loans to continue ongoing projects, Right now we don’t have foreign reserves even to build one dam, we require minimum 12 billion $ for basha dam. Earth is already bought for bhasha dam but to make dam we require 12 billion more dollars. Water is becoming serious issue, we are buying water from water tankers. We need water.
And plus If you stop water coming from Kashmir, than we will not survive. War is possible for water because it’s matter of life and death.
No one is stopping your water. In fact, water which India can legally use according to IWT is not completely used. In exchange for the IWT, India compensated Pakistan in 1960. Heck India even paid 62 million pounds to Pakistan to construct canals and other infrastructure.

What was the population of West Pakistan in 1960? What is it now? Obviously if you haven't done anything your per capita water has come down.

Lol, which one do you think is cheaper:
a) building nukes and purchasing conventional weapons
b) giving training and light weaponry and ammunition to a bunch of people

Tick tock tick tock... Time's up! Your answer please Uncle Tom?

The irony is you are doing both a) and b) without much desired result on ground. And FYI, both cost you a hell lot of money and it's quite evident that above added with gross mismanagement you are slowly crumbling under your own weight. LOL :lol::lol:

I have simple and innovative solution the water in these dams are coming from Pakistan just send small explosives down stream and India will have hell of a day.

India is allowed to build certain types of dams according to the IWT.

What would be the end game of that? Suppose the "freedom" fighters, with expanded support of PA, ups the ante in Kashmir to an extent where conventional Counter Insurgency no longer works for Indian Army. What happens next? Do you assume India will simply give up and walk away?

Thats what a few Syrians thought and came up with FSA. We know the result.

If India finds that it cannot control Kashmir through conventinal Counter Insurgency methods, it'll mean total civil war for India. The velvet gloves will come off and with the firepower India can amass in Kashmir, Kashmiri separatists will run out of bodies to throw in months of combat. Syria with its limited firepower inflicted close to a million casualties (400,000 odd dead), US in Iraq with limited manpower inflicted over a million casualties, USSR in Afganistan inflicted close to 2 million Afgan losses. In all these cases there was either limited firepower or limited manpower. With India fighting for its survival, there will be no shortage of either.

If Kashmiris suffer losses anywhere near those numbers, they will have been permanently broken as a people. Nothing survives 10% losses.

Do you really think you can play that game? When you up the ante the we'll raise the ante in your cities, particularly targeting the safron crowd. They'll target the local Muslims who'll then either be massacred or will turn to the available weapons to defend themselves. Suddenly you have a real civil war. We'll see how well your military does fight that kind of war in a country the size of India.

Syria survived because it's neighbours were weak. The moment you've been softened up, we're going to pounce and maybe even the Chinese.

No one will stop water to Pakistan just for the heck of it during peace time. Stoping water is an act of war. India is just fulfilling its responsibility to use the water in has the right to hold under the IWT.
To be honest no country will stop forever if you cant build a dam. You had the funds before, you misused it.

No one is blocking any water, let alone water following to Pakistan. And if you guy's still want a mere baseless excuse for initiating a war, then so be it. We are ready. :)

We may build 32 or 3200 dams, that is our wish. But it doesn't matter as long as all of them satisfy the conditions of IWT and are run off the river type. Regarding the rivers not having water. :-)

It is not just those rivers there are other lot of rivers in India which are drying up. Blame the climate change and global warming for that, you can't simply put the blame of global warming on India. :(
