No offense to Mr. Krazai. But NO ONE wants to occupy that crap hole. Everyone comes and leaves from there throughout the history, after the objectives are achieved. But the Afghans will tell you "no one can stay here and occupy us, as we are warriors". Which is a silly statement to make and very irrational.

The reality is that this place is already 30 years behind from the most basic humanity that exist in any under developed country (forget about developed countries). Occupying it means going bankrupt and have a terrorism / extremism based culture in less than a year.

That's where you are mistaken. The Americans / NATO came in, washed up the area they needed to, stayed in there until their governments wanted to, and upon orders to exist and mission completed, they flew out.
