This ground needed a score of 290-320 to force Australians to take risk

Pakistan were 200 Runs for 39 overs at one stage , and yet they could not reach 320 and that was the game right there

• Bowlers will have to do something extra ordinary to win this

Pakistani Team just is out of synch , the player's are not at same mental/performance capacity
Almost like a misfiring engine , some cylinders are firing and working which some are not.

One thing people never appreciated during the "Afridi" era that we can always count on things in last 10 overs to get
that 80-90 runs in last 10 overs.

However with T20 now being so common, the "specialist" finisher bowlers for teams like Australia or others have mastered the art of reducing players to 30-45 runs

Pakistan's strategy of "saving the best" for last 10 overs no longer works , since other teams easily "Save" their TOP bowlers for last 10 overs.

Also the fielding restrictions require that team need to gamble constructively in first 15 overs

Although Pakistan bowling is not the same as it was earlier, but i enjoy watching the bowlers from your team. In this T20 age, your fast bolwers are really gem to see them bowling in such a rhythm....

Hafeez is a great player...Why do not you make him as a permanent captain? Your current captain seems very oridinary...

I am quite suprised how come the timing for Australians has become so prestine and sharp.
Hardly mistime a shot anymore

Do they practice with 200km/hr speed bowling from a machine or robot , the Pakistani bowling speed is hardly making them worried , just playing it so casually

We could have gone with 5 Quicks for variation.

Not having a player who can bowl the Doosra etc has certainly exposed our already weak bowling attack

Lack of Agreesion and sharp words is certainly visible Fast these days are too timid

Just too much emphasis on 1-2 quicks , should have played 5 quicks

Calling it now, at 32 overs , Australia will make solid 387-400 runs
