Nothing Modi said indicates support for terrorism. He just acknowledged the difficulties faced by Baloch people and raised India's voice on behalf of the victims of state aggression.

So it means Pakistan can also raise voice on human right violation in Gujarat massacre where thousands died, Dalits treatment, brutalities of Bharti forces in Northeast , Maharashtra's hundred of thousands farmers suicide bcoz of Bharti colonial regime.. Khalistan etc

Pakistan started fueling Kashmir unrest by issuing provocative statements and using proxies to create violence during all the month. Although, I am against using Balochistan against Kashmir - there are better ways Modi should have employed, Pakistan failed to bring India to tables. You simply cannot point a gun, and ask the other party to come to tables.

But just the fact it has rankled Pakistan so much makes it clear that lot can be done on this front within bounds of International law and conventions if Pakistan continues glorifying and exporting terrorists to India.

There is a background to it ...Pakistan had been accusing India of causing troubles in Baluchistan .. Even the Americans know that (Remeber what Chuck Hagel said ? ) ... Then the arrest of Kulbhushan Yadav ... And now the Indian PM openly talking about Baluchistan !!! ... You really think you have not (implicitly) acknowledged anything ?? .....

Balochistan and Kashmir are two different things, Kashmir is divided between India and Pakistan , both countries are
stakeholders in the conflict. While India has no land connection or dispute with Pakistan over Balochistan, Modi's stance is pretty immature, he should have behaved like a statesman !!!
