Pakistan – US Relations: Will US ditch Pakistan once again ?

"A Zionist dominated US will never tolerate a Muslim country with nuclear weapons. Never."

You can say that again! What I cannot fathom is that there are Pakistanis who just do not understand what you have written; either that or they don't want to.
My question to all the liberals has been to give a single clear evidence of Afghan Taliban being anti-Pakistan or being involved in terrorism. What RAW, Mossad and CIA did was to gather all the inhuman criminals under one umbrella and named it Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan so that people of Pakistan and the whole world start to hate Talibans and see them with one eye and make no difference between them. They the created ISIS and named it Islamic state and declared Khilafat so that people hate both the concept of a true Islamic state and the Caliphate...thus they are on the mission to distort, degrade, desecrate each and every Islamic term.

Oh please, the US will dangle 8 F-16s and you'll bend over.
Sir please do not include me as one of them as I have said time and again that we don't need F-16s at all. Just see China is doing quite well without F-16s so why can't we?

911 was a false flag designed in such a way that would justify the continuation of the US war machine, Pakistan on the other hand was able to escape and continues to be a thorn on the western plans and intentions, the fact that OBL was supposedly found and killed in Pakistan (no evidence was provided) and the others like Mansour gives a picture to the western masses that Pakistan is a terrorist sponsoring state that needs to be checked, and as you so eloquently put it so does these umbrella organisations like ISIS and Al-Qaeda.

The liberals are blinded by their hatred for Islam, they are too biased to even research the event of 911, their hatred compels them to believe the official story willingly, without research, analysis and critical thought.

Every country watch its own interest and this is the time for american to change their side of table... their headache is not Pakistan but the china .. and growing relationship between china and Pakistan have touched the new limits after CPEC projects because Americans were putting their efforts to dominate the indian ocean with the help of india and during last few months indian and US navies to mount joint patrols across the Indian and Pacific Oceans and for India to join the US and its two most important Asian-Pacific military allies, Japan and Australia, in a quadrilateral “security” dialogue. this year’s Malabar exercise a trilateral naval exercise involving Indian, US and Japanese warships will take place off the Philippines’s northeast coast, very close to the South China Sea.

on the other chines have played smartly atleast their trade routs are now safe even if they will be in any volatile situation in south china sea, their trade routs will remain open. American role in GCC is diminishing slowly and they are not in a commanding position over there as they were in past. it will be very interesting to see in next few months that which side iran will pick coz on one hand they are establishing relations with India through their chahbhar port on the other hand they are trying to control the GCC region as a regional policing. in such case Gulf countries will aligned themselves with china. so if you combine the all puzzles they will logically indicate that Pakistani American relations will again go through some ups and downs as usual because Americans are Planing and working accordingly on their 50 years policies in which India is their next ally to deal with the larger threat "China" so buckle up you self to listen more from uncle sam ... :D

I used to dismis these as conspiracy theories but when I see in retrospect, I really see no solid evidence and feels like we have been taken for a ride.

Dismissing without research is criminal, please watch that very well made documentary, from eye witness accounts to cold hard facts like two planes hitting two towers yet three buildings collapsed in free fall motion under seconds.

There is as much dis-information as there is information so I would understand your resolve of dismissing this as conspiracy theories but still blinding one own self without research is criminal

bhai hum kahan jain....you label me a criminal for dismissing those as conspiracy theories and if I innocently question certain US and western acts, they term us terrorist-supporter, sympathiser...the labels are cheaper by dozen here on pdf and if you see I have been severely punished for daring to ask these questions or saying that I don't see Talibans as terrorists until the evidence...I wasn't given the evidence since they hadn't any but I got negative ratings..

She's hot. But her liberal LUMS upbringing failed her to understand the fight or flight.

Pakistan as a country is being attacked by a Taliban umbrella, The Pakistani Taliban. Not to be confused with the Afghan Taliban which is fighting in Afghanistan and has bases in Pakistan. This is a conundrum, in who the State is required to fight first. The threat to the State itself? Or the threat to a neighboring State.

And even then, how to get to the bases used by the Afghan Taliban? If you're at point 'A' and have to get to point 'D', you'll have to fight your way to 'D'. This isn't World War 2 or the Korean War, where you can insert troops into point 'D'.

Combine that with the indisputable fact that the only way to end the Afghan War is to bring the Afghan Taliban to the table requires there to be a leadership.

@boomslang

That's funny because your congressmen are having a hard time passing the subsidy. Besides, the F-16 carrot is done and dusted. Don't even mention the F-16 anymore. It is something of the past and irrelevant. You better get used to it.

More importantly, we're waiting for Trump to win the presidency... He is a godsend. You Americans got much much bigger fish to fry. Just look at what you got on your plate. You just don't realize it yet or are hiding your head like an ostrich. Pakistan is none of your concern anymore.

Things change in intenrational geopolitics all the time, for all nations, since nothing is permanent. What better example than USA and Vietnam, going from enemies at war to trading partners in a few decades, including weapons. Pakistan's time waxed and waned, and it could come back again.

Nothing is forever in international geopolitics, except national interests.

You guys wonder what has gone wrong in US-Pakistan relationship but here's a quick wake up call for Pakistanis

Partly its fault of expats in US as well. Indian americans have achieved a great success in US society. Indian Americans now dominate administration, business, media and social integration as against Pakistanis who still either live in isolation.

Relationships flow both ways. US can't maintain unilateral relationships with Pakistan, nor Pakistan can do so. Pak-US relationships have always been dominated by military aspect than business. Once US was the biggest contributor of FDI into Pakistan but no more since a decade or so. India US relationships are dominated by the economy. India's status of investment magnet has led to west and US seeking relationships with her. Pakistan doesn't offer them anything, lets be honest. NSG and stuff are the fringe benefits of solid economic relationships.

Military Aspects are you kidding me, US send her warship in 1971 war which never reach Pakistan till date. 1998 or 1999 Kargil war US put pressure on Pakistan to withdrew her forces on request of india. In early 90s we have paid for F16 planes which she didnt gave to Pakistan and she offer us grains instead war plane. what military aspects you are talking about. Now dont tell me about aids and stuff. If US has no interest in our region then there is no relationship neither economical nor military.

US has already ditched Pakistan.
