Pakistan-Turkey military dialogue starts today

ISLAMABAD: A seventeen-member Turkish defence delegation, led by Turkish General Staff (TGS) General Hasan IGSIZ, is arriving today (Tuesday) on a four-day official visit to Pakistan to hold the 6th Pak-Turk high-level military dialogue (HLMD) at the Ministry of Defence.

According to a press statement, the Turkish delegation during its stay in Pakistan will call on Federal Defence Minister Ahmed Mukhtar, Defence Secretary Athar Ali Syed and Defence Production Secretary Lt Gen (r) Shahid Siddiq Tirmizey, besides holding meetings with the military leadership of Pakistan. The statement said Pakistan and Turkey enjoyed excellent relations in various fields and the present HLMD would further boost military cooperation between the two countries. staff report /agencies

for what we r doing tis dialouge with turkey like for more joint ventures????????
But in my opinion is that we sould colabrate in terms of joint venture in TEchnologies like for tanks, APC's, self-propelled howitzers and night vision and special armour for soldiers and also for weapons used by our army like more potent ATGW anti tank weapons with Laser/infrared guidence and may be GPS/INS too and tank rounds as well as 155mm too.
For navy i think joint development of big corvettes like 2000 tons of next generation and patrol boats and hover craft as well as mine hunters coz during the comissioning of PNS-HAMZA many interview has been given by PN officals that many navies around world looking to have their total fleet of just subs that's y i say that joint corvette development with turks and they also say that after U-214 which they r going to produce we can do joint development of subs in may be a joint venture likePAK,turks and u will be surprised to know that China i also read it on paper said by the D.G who is involved in it

i wonder if the Turks are still interested in the Naval version of the Babur missile.....i believe there was a strong interest

what i do know is that both countries hope to work on joint efforts for UAV

Turkey is a Friendly Country and Pakistan Must co-operate with Turkey to get western Tech.

I hope Joint Venture will be Launched soon between Pakistan & Turkey.

in an age where it seems we are a lonely country and we have more foes than allies -- I can tell you guys based on 1st hand experience that Türks are best friends of Pakistan --militarily and socially. The Türks here get very happy and greet/treat me warmly when I tell them I am from Pakistan.

In Ankara, the capital --- one of the longest avenues in the entire country is called Cinnah Çaddesi (Jinnah Avenue). They have always helped and supported us during times of war or natural disaster.


I am saying all this because each and every one of you should spread the word to your peers and family. These are friends we must always maintain a contact and cooperation with.

Babur missile.. Yes we are interesting in babur. and i heart a few things about this. Sometimes someones says Turkiye and Pakistand work on this project together to make it better than now.

Is there other information that you know about Turkiye and Pakistan's joint on Babur?
