Pakistan is not the only nation in the world that has taken an oath to look after Afghanistan. Afghanistan is a smart country that can use Chabahar and air corridor to reach the rest of the world.

The problem is the hypocrisy of our people. One hand they preach "Mercy" and on the other hand they will loot and plunder if they get a chance. The Afghan-Pakistan transit trade is an absolute farce as the terms and conditions are absolutely against Pakistan's interest but the corruption mafia continues to fill pockets.

Pakistan should buy Afghan pomegranate and fresh pack for Europe and middle east markets. We did one experiment back in 2014-15 however due to inadequate facilities and processing machinery we lost that opportunity. Chinese machines were found wanting and we had a concern on using Israeli machines(Top notch). Govt needs to think over this bit because Afghan Pomegranate are among the best with dirt cheap price.

Point made by Pakistan= absolutely none.
Revenue generated by Pomegranate tax= minuscule
The fruit was grown by Allah on that tree and will reach to the person who is destined to eat that.
