Regarding this deal, i have to agree that Russia is trying to sell things to Pakistan, but Russia is not selling valuable or important things to Pakistan. Maybe Russia is just engaging Pakistan to offset financial losses from US sanctions...
In this current world we live in, Coal is a BAD idea. Developing countries can say they have coal all they want, but at the end of the day, there are better alternative energy sources AND we know those countries cant afford the losses they will incur from global warming's wrath.
Because Coal's time has past!
