its a skill/trade/profession, like any other it can be used for good or bad. we can not close down Tech. Institutes and Uni. thinking students can use these skills and knowledge for bad/evil.

Agreed, but we obviously won't enroll those students in chemical engineering about whom we know that they're gonna go make explosives and blow people up. Simple as that buddy. It's both morally and religiously offensive to train someone who is killing innocents or having relations with those who are the occupiers of Bait al Muqaddas.

No background checks are done for any Vocational Training Institutes, College, Universities.
once you qualify you are admitted in the program, same goes for the Military, once you are a member of Armed Forces and your senior (CO/OC), recommends you for certain course / training you are good.

Great development, most Islamic country forums like OIC and GCC are impotent , one reason is they dont have any military might. A professional small symbolic army would give a huge boost , only if its not use for political purposes by members of Islamic alliance against each other.

not necessary that everyone will have a common enemy or friend, someone else enemy can be our friend and vise versa.
we are doing it for our friendly (so called) countries, how those countries will use these trained soldiers, we have no control over it.

Do not worry, if someones intent is to do bad things, he will do irrespective of what his teachings. Pakistan is getting money for the training...Period..Now, the training can be used in a positive way or -ve way...Why would Pakistan takes the ownership of certain things, which are not controlled by your Gov or Army...

that shows you don't know a damn thing about chemical engineering which is about process control and production ... .to make an explosive you don't need a degree in chemical engineering... just a very basic knowledge is enough even for an illiterate person..

You are mixing up the policy matters with professional training. A professionally trained army can actually reduce the collateral damage and civilian casualties. Have you checked how professional PA responds to the rogue indian army's indiscriminate firing on LOC?
