ISLAMABAD - Minister of State for Interior Shehryar Afridi has vowed to make a national database of the criminals.

He has said that policies will be designed with the consultation of all stakeholders.
Addressing a ceremony in Karachi Chambers of Commerce and Industry Monday, he said that reforms will be introduced to strengthen and improve the institutions.

The Minister of State said that federal government will design a policy with the consultation of the provinces to address the issues of business community.
Meanwhile, Minister of State for Interior Shehryar Afridi also met with the Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah in Karachi today.

During the meeting, the consensus has been developed to prepare a national database of criminals.
Minister of State assured federal government's full cooperation to the Sindh government to control criminal activities in the province.
On the occasion, the Chief Minister said that peace has been restored in Karachi due to joint efforts of provincial government, police, rangers and other law enforcement agencies.
