Man..sometimes i find the mindset of foreign policy of Pakistan very surprising...Pakistan does sometimes exactly opposite what it is beleived to be done ....India is your biggest enemey...Now, you are ready to do everything with us and so does India too...It is a good thing...How come Israel is more bitter enemey that us, while doing nothing harm individually to Pakistan...If many other powerful Muslim countries can have a diplomatic realtion with them, why Pakistan always thing holier than others...Again, i have a great respect for your nation...See...if you guys abuse West and US, still then as of now, they are one of your critical partner..US and West does violate your intrest multiple times in recent history including having a drone in your country ...If you can deal with such situation so mature way, what is wrong with Israel, let the Iran and Other Muslim nation deal with them who are in middle east..

Pakistan as a country doesn't even recognize Israel as a country. Does this mean that you are recognizing Israel as a country?

Why did Pakistan suddenly grew balls just after the Trumps announcement. Why not before that there has been no other event for Pakistan to grow balls. Balls did not grew balls were already there. They are needed now. History has it Pakistan has dispatched fighter piolts to fight Israel in the past. Pakistani foreign minister made a Nuclear threat to Israel just on a website post. Pakistan will never compromise on AL-Haram Al-Sharif. USA is in bad water not Pakistan.

Mate, it seems you are watching too much of Iran's newpaper and getting infleunced by their policy..Rather, SA policy with respect to Palestine is more pragmatic and practical..

Israel is a reality..Any one likes it or not. History can not be changed..At the end of the day, Israel has to live in amicable with other Arab nations...

The israelis and americans are not our problem. indians are. That's where our ficus should be.

You are 100 and 1 % correct but the question is if someone lets go his duty will you let go yours. When has India helped Israel or fought war for them but Israel always helps India why?

It is very simple Afghanistan is a Land locked country. Pakistan cuts diplomatic ties block supply line what will USA do. Turkey stands with Pakistan Iran stands with Pakistan. Turkey cuts Air space route. Taliban will take over Afghanistan in 2 months. USA will be out. No need to even give Taliban weapons USA will pull out and run. Next unleash ISI on Israel and ISI will liberate Palestine nothing else is needed it will be a long process but USA will be out Central Asia. Who will support USA against Pakistan? Russians ? Saudis? Indians? No one can just few terror hit what USA will at max manage. If India steps in China is there to intervene, Pakistan always has the Chinese umbrella. China will confront India on all fronts as India is confronting China in SCS.

This is just one way there are hundreds of other ways.

You are going to do all this just because US declared Jerusalem Israel's capital? A bit heavy-handed and, not to mention, overly delusional?

It has nothing to do with Saudia or Iran the core agenda is liberation of Palestine. What ever approach succeeds the outcome is what matters. I am happy with both approaches and any more that join in. The point is more and more approaches should be made to achieve the objective.

The way I see it we are trying to use this opportunity to put some pressure on US and save our own skin. If this news is read with the statements coming of PAF chief and the news about rejection of an offer for joint operations, we are in a diplomatic stand off with US, so this is kind of a blessing for us to put some pressure on them.

Turkey after the failed coup is in the same boat when it comes to relationship with US, also their people are angry because of this Jerusalem move, so we can join forces with them and launch a diplomatic offensive in UN. We can count on China for supporting our stand. We can't expect much from Arabs, more precisely the GCC. Perhaps Jordan and Egypt can become part of such a move, and if it is done from the platform of OIC, KSA and in turn the whole GCC can be forced into joining this diplomatic offensive.

I don't think most of the Muslim countries will be willing to limit their relationship with US based on what happens in Palestine, this is not 70's anymore.

But such a move if done right, will serve our purpose at-least if not that of Palestinians. US is insensitive to Muslim sentiments, that is all we want to say :yes4: :yes4: Bloody bullies

Almost the entire world condemned this move, it is not a just because thing. If it was a just because thing why such a big reaction from around the world.

In the world of Diplomacy this will also help Pakistan now Like India has very close ties to UAE and Israel both. So if UAE moves against USA and India sides with Israel India will deteriorate relations with UAE and vice versa. This move is trap for Global diplomacy. If played right this event can form new opportunities.

ISLAMABAD: Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) announced a country-wide protest against US President Donald Trump’s announcement to recognize Jerusalem as Israel’s capital on Thursday.

The religious party announced that a country-wide protest will be held on December 8 against Trump’s decision.

“Trump’s decision is like adding fuel to the fire,” said JI Amir Sirajul Haq.

JI chief Sirajul Haq said Trump has put global peace in danger, adding that the US move is like "putting fuel to a fire".

During a media talk in Islamabad on Thursday morning, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan also condemned the US move, saying, "the Muslim world needs to unite against the move".

He added that "people like Trump don’t consider Muslims humans".

Pakistan Peoples Party leader Khursheed Shah also condemned the US decision during a media talk today.

The US president on Wednesday recognised the disputed city of Jerusalem as Israel's capital - a historic decision that overturns decades of US policy and risks triggering a fresh spasm of violence in the Middle East.

"I have determined that it is time to officially recognise Jerusalem as the capital of Israel," Trump said from the White House.

"It's the right thing to do."

The declaration calls into question seven decades of deliberate diplomatic ambiguity about the final status of a holy city vociferously claimed by both Israelis and Palestinians.

Outrage
The announcement left many angry US allies and leaders across the Middle East trying to find a measured response and hoping that the tinderbox region is not destined for yet another round of bloodletting.

Pope Francis joined a list of leaders warning of a historic misstep that could trigger a surge of violence.

"I cannot silence my deep concern over the situation that has emerged in recent days," the pontiff said Wednesday, one day after speaking by phone with Palestinian president Mahmud Abbas.

The pontiff added that maintaining Jerusalem's status quo was important "in order to avoid adding new elements of tension to an already volatile world that is wracked by so many cruel conflicts."

In a frantic series of calls, the leaders of Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Jordan, the European Union, France, Germany and Turkey also warned Trump against the move.

Three 'days of rage'
Moving the US embassy will probably take years to implement, but the repercussions of Trump's decision are likely to be swift.

Hundreds of Palestinians burned US and Israeli flags as well as pictures of Trump in the Gaza Strip, while relatively small clashes erupted near the flashpoint West Bank city of Hebron.

The Palestinian movement Hamas has threatened to launch a new "intifada," or uprising.

Palestinians called for three days of protests - or "days of rage" - starting Wednesday.

Anticipating protests, US government officials and their families were ordered to avoid Jerusalem's Old City and the West Bank, though the situation remained largely calm Wednesday.

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan called for a summit of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), the main pan-Islamic body, in Istanbul on December 13 "to display joint action among Islamic countries" over Jerusalem.

"Such a step will only play into the hands of terror groups," Erdogan said at a joint news conference in Ankara after talks with Jordan´s King Abdullah II.

Jordan and the Palestinians also called for an emergency meeting of the Arab League in Cairo.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu refrained from commenting on the issue on Wednesday in his first speech since Trump's plan was confirmed.

strange how attempts were made by the almost ousted gov of disqualified noora, who made a huge blunder trying to appease the yanks by changing the oath. But then I suppose as the cat is out of the bag and Trump just done it right after Mattis visiting the country. possibly it could be done. Who knows.
