Pakistan to kick out Bangladesh ambassador

We had decent military to military relation in the 90's with BD officers on deputation with PA.

I even had one of my tooth pulled by a BD army dentist serving in AFID RWP.

It looks like a different story now.

Bangladesh is turning into a one party state if it isnt already one. Pakistan knows that Bangladeshi people especially the new generation are not inherently anti-Pakistan as was shown by the fact that we had great relations before Hasina made her most recent comeback and subsequently destroyed our relationship. Given the current political scenario of Bangladesh however there is no point in playing a charade. Space for the opposition is dying out, Bangladesh foreign policy is a shambles, blindly following India as a vassal state and where it needed India's help the most (Rohingya issue) was completely sidelined.

I've already explained the characteristics of Bangladeshi politics here,

First, Bangladeshi politics is as unpredictable as the London weather.

Second, even if it's a one-party state, if this govt. returns to power this time, it will be so powerful that doesn't have to rely on foreign forces. You need to think ahead.

Hasina hates Pakistan and is evidently not going anywhere as Bangladeshi people seem happy with her autocratic rule, which is partially understandable due to solid economic growth. However ultimately it is coming at a long term cost which you will pay for dearly as even a much weaker nation like Myanmar is able to mess around with you, and get away with it completely. Overall there is no point in maintaining any kind of diplomatic relations with such a government. The day Hasina is out of office, ties between Pakistan and Bangladesh will automatically improve.

As they say, in international relations, there are no permanent friends or permanent enemies, only permanent interests. Even Hasina will start loving Pakistan if she finds her interests served.
