You don't Russia that is the issue. With Russia rule is simple you pay them and they will give you weapons. That is why Russia at same time sells you and China weapons and also sells weapons to Vietnam and also to Egypt and other countries many countries who have tension with other countries but both of those countries get weapons from Russia. Mi-35 is a obsolete 70s era design and Pakistan bought them in small numbers.
So India had no logic to oppose them as it would have no effect on strategic balance.
But thats not the case for S-400 or Pantsir.

But, yes Igla-S can be purchased by Pakistan, though this poster which is clearly made by a over enthusiastic fanboy is no proof.
