Wait wait guys .. before going gung ho about it. Lets think economic angle here.
The Electicity is is being generated is near to Pak border, and knowing that the most optimum distance for a POwer to be transmitted via grids is 150-200 KM with few losses, any thing beyond is not usefull.

Transmitting 200MW to Delhi of 500 MW considering the losses, while not reduce the expense of generating it. If you get full 500MW getting exported then it makes sense.

Remember this is HYdel power, Nearest Indian city would be 50 KM radius should be covered first and remaining can be exported to nearest area.

EK aur baat, Pakistan says that it has right on that water, and there is lot of politics on that in Pak, so giving the electricity , can give some comfort to Pakistan

But in case the India faces the power deficit, and Pakistan not, then it will export its surplus electricity to Indian side. Pakistan is at present facing 5000 MW power deficit and is currently in talks with India for import of 1000 MW of electricity. It is pertinent to mention here that one decade ago, Pakistan was surplus in electricity and in talks with India to export 1000 MW of the electricity
