The article's writer is openly lying. He must know like everyone else that India has a stockpile of nuclear material big enough to make 3000 plutonium based nuclear weapons, yes that is 3000, you can look it up on the Internet.
It is a lie to state that India has between 90 to 100 nuclear warheads, since 100's of warheads can be made or assembled on short notice.
The other biased statement is that Western nations are shrinking their arsenals of between 8000 and 10 000 N-warheads for US and Russia respectively, while in reality they are just MIRVing them and updating their technologies.

India doesnt have time, money, resources or technology to make a nuclear bomb like Pakistan... so the most number India has must be 2-3 bombs which must be already in radiated state with no potential to explode.
