Just receiving news that RSS planning to demolish Masajids in India ...first they are going to put ban on Aazan....JI chief Siraj ul haq also mentioned this news today.....Obviously the consular access to the terrorist must not go ahead due to Kashmir situation or otherwise.
Curse the i.c.j not this govtInternational Court of Justice (ICJ), announced the Foreign Office on Sunday
actually I think this is a smart move on Pakistan's part - it removes one of the potential reasons that could be cited against it to keep it in FATF grey list or worse. It does not release Yadav so it is a no cost no-brainer thing.
Even more importantly if by sheer chance however low it is, if in future an international court asks India to oblige Pakistan in a comparable case/situation how can Pakistan ask anything without complying with ICJ now?
