I didn't claim we are not taking loans for Gwadar development, You did, and article says otherwise.
this!!! we never had money to invest and develop and the little money our country generated was used to serve the elites Politicians Faujis etc so yes if china is investing and giving us 9% and helping our people its better deal than doing nothing!
A post too juvenile to be responded.Yeah and ask Chinese to guard their Nationals inside Pakistan because they bring total destruction in the name of cpec.america India not targeting Pakistan for terrorism but because they hate cpec.china should also pay the price of bringing destruction to other countries.china have many international friends and that's why Pakistan becomes a soft Target.china should ask America and India to stop all kind of activities against Pakistan including terrorism rhetoric.china should help Pakistan rather than shamefully destroying Pakistan by using cpec.
TBH Pakistan is really dependent on China and doesn't have any bargaining chips. Moreover its politicians and ruling elites are less than honest. Therefore to extract a good deal from Chinese under such circumstances is next to impossible.
Whatever Pakistanis has got they should be thankful for it
You either have comprehension problems are willingly obtuse to understand a single point. As I said you don't know the basics and giving verdict over 9% Revenue share deal of PORT when you can't even understand that PORT IS NOT CPEC but a part of CPEC (Economic and Connectivity Project) and 50b$ loans aren't for PORT but for other Projects.
Here is something which busts your claim,Pakistan will get 9% of REVENUE (NOT PROFIT) of Port operations from first year (While China have to bear loss for 9 Years)

Simply putting words in my mouth wouldn't change the fact that our bargain is going to ruin local industries to name a few talk to anyone in Descon or Ikan on how they lost the projects to Chinese companies who have been exempt from the tax.
I can go on to talk in intricate details about how Pakistan's interests were compromised but you don't seem to have a problem with it.
Here is something which answers to your claim,

1. gets 9% income of Gwadar port & 15% of Free Zone, same as agreement with PSA. 2. has a good deal as it gets share out of total income instead of total profit. Gwadar port will have profits after 9 years. 3. It is a BOT project. shall have no share during operation. pic.twitter.com/a3IXAUgj9F
— Lijian Zhao 赵立坚 (@zlj517) November 28, 2017

Its not a bad deal considering we didn't pay anything and we will own one of the largest ports in human history in 40 years. You can't pay off a decent house in that time.
i just want to say remember grey list and upcoming EU blacklist.best friend didn't help us just because it wanted vice president seat.today your best friend, tomorrow your enemy.who knows! when it comes to business, nobody is your friend.
