And don't you understand that it is that yours own previous behaviour due to which Pakistan has become alone and Iranians do have complaints against you. No direct operation started against Jaish-e-Adl. Either it could be Saudi pressure, or it could be that Pakistani State is so weak at moment that they could not start an operation.
In Quetta, 1200 Hazaras has been killed in many many terrorist bombings, but Pakistani State/Military is not succeeded in arresting a single culprit and to hang him for this crime.
Either Pakistani State/Military starts direct operation like FATA in the Quetta region too, otherwise there will be no success against this terrorism.
I don't think Pakistan is right about these terrorists being in Iran.
I believe Pakistan only made an excuse here in order to cancel the pressure on themselves that Jaish-e-Adl is operating from their soil.
The borders with Iran were never open like Pakistan have it with Afghanistan. It makes absolutely no logic that Baluch terrorists operate from Iran, where there movement is highly restricted, as compared to Pak/Afghan borders, where neither Pakistan nor Afghanistan has any control.
If anyone is alone and isolated it is Iran. The regime only sees enemies everywhere. I have met many Iran expat and not a single one if them likes the regime. Even Russia has had enough lately and are trying to push the militias out of Syria:
