. .
Our nation is dying without doctors and we are sending them to KSA???

. . . . .
Don't know about Pakistan, but doctors in India seem to have a sense of entitlement. I'm a doctor so I should be treated such and such and be paid this much. If it's about ego and cash, go do something else.

Gulf countries does have more pay to offer but hardly any future.

It is ridicolous, does anyone know apart from few Gov med College doctors who pay very little for their edu to start with and get good gov jobs, the rest are supporting families on peanuts? The post grad training time(after 5 years of grad) is around 6 years can you support family in todays time with 30 40k or worse nil if honorary post?

I congratulate whoever gets a job abroad and is able to support his family. Yes, after he is economically stable and has got enough experience he should come back, however he still does not owe anyone anything.

Gov Grads or docs however owe it to the people and should remain in the country as they pay subsidised fees, get good paying jobs and job security atleast better than private or Semi gov.
