It appears Serbia has not developed a multi-tube launcher for Sumadija yet.

The Sumadija is a tactical ballistic missile system developed and manufactured by Serbia to hit targets at ranges of between 70 kilometers and 300 kilometers. A single 400mm diameter Sumadija tactical ballistic missile is transported by an 8x8 ZIL 135M truck system which also serves as erector system taking up to 12 minutes to launch the weapon once deployed to a given location. Equipped with either a blast fragmentation or thermobaric warhead it can operate in temperature ranges between -30 Celsius to 50 Celsius. The Sumadija has been developed and manufactured by Yugoimport-SDPR and Edepro. It was introduced at IDEX exhibition in February 2017.

The ZIL-135M is used in the Soviet era 9K52 Luna-M (NATO: FROG-7B) so it would seem Serbia is recapitalizing some older equipment. In the course of the Yugoslav Wars, Serb forces launched FROG-7 rockets on a number of Croatian cities. The 9M21 rockets used are unguided and spin-stabilized.

The Sumandija rocket will have its launch container that is made from a combination of composite materials and steel, and the plan is to put the system to the vehicle with 4 to 6 containers.

Remember, Serbia already has the M-87 Orkan MRL which carries either a load of 12 50km rockets or a load of 4 120km rockets

Serbia's Yugoimport SDPR released preliminary information on an add-on guidance system for the EdePro 400 mm calibre R400 unguided rocket during Eurosatory 2012. Although the guidance unit is being developed as a universal one that would be potentially applicable to many types of unguided rockets, initial work is being focused on the R400.
Still classified by EdePRo as being under development, the basic R400 weighs 1,220 kg and can carry a 350-400 kg warhead over a range of up to 143 km. It has a circular error probable (CEP) of more than 300 m at maximum range. The goal set for the guided version is a CEP of 100 m at a range of 200 km.
Creating the guided version would involve installing a cylindrical guidance module about 700 mm in length between the warhead and the front end of the rocket motor. This would involve a modest increase in the length of the rocket, which is currently 6.5 m long.
A drawing of a possible configuration shows a module housing an inertial navigation unit supplemented by a Global Positioning System (GPS) receiver.

This is really long out of date.

The vehicle, maybe. Not the rocket. The point MAY be recapitalization of existing assets at low cost.

Serbia developed the M-96 Orkan II modification. The simplest solution was to integrate 4 262mm launch tubes on a ZIL-135 launcher as it required minimum investment. The basic purpose of these modified launchers can be restored. New rockets are developed increasing range of Orkan II to 65 km. New modular long range MLRS is in development by VTI Belgrade, Serbia intended to replace Orkan 1 and Orkan 2 with completely new MLRS. New rockets family with 262-392mm caliber would have range prospectively of 65,90 and up to 150 km based on new rocket engines which are already tested
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/M-87_Orkan#Modifications_and_versions

Here you see the same launch vehicle refitted for 4x 262mm M-87 Orkan rockets.

You can easily see how this could also work with even larger rockets. At 8.25 m long and 0.4 m diameter, Sumadija rocket is larger than Orkan rocket, which is is 4.6-4.88 metres long (depending on round) and 0.262 meter in diameter, and Sumadija is heavier (1500kg versus 404kg). But Frog-7 missile was 2.5tons so this should be able to handle at least 1 and possibly 2 such rockets. Even with just 1 rocket, it would mean increased range (300km rather than 70km) and greater precision (smaller CEP). At minimal modification cost.

Now, consider FROG_7 users past and present:

Current operators
Former operators
The vehicle was manufactured by the Bryansk Automobile Plant outside Moscow, totalling 750 of which 380 were exported. Its no longer in service in Russia but still used by a number of Middle-East countries and less effluent nations. That's a nice potential market.

I hope, this would be multi rocket launcher system with guided rockets having a range of up to 300 KM.

not disputing that; the accuracy leaves a lot to be desired though. Even while mobile it is too easy to get picked out.

.
A good self propelled artillery would be awesome to compliment these future mlrs

.
They are planning to buy advanced Propelled Artillery from either South Africa or South Korea as trials are under way.
Hope for the best.

You say this about the new missile? Based on what?

Even while mobile it is too easy to get picked out.
There are Zil-135 cargo variants as well. I'm sure you can come up with some vis-mod that makes the vehicle stand out less. But again, the main thing here is recapitalization of outdated systems i.e. cheap and cheerful.

I agree with u..in case of full scale war...all indian air bases should be pounded with these coming in their range...n 300 km is huge
Pakistan should get A-200 and A-300 systems on ToT basis and produce in large numbers.

. .

So they did it

Started in 2015 and completed the project in 2021
Took almost 6 years to complete the project.
Seems like indigenous product.

Some People were saying that it uses dual pulse motor but it will overkill i think.
@HRK do you think it uses dual pulse motor?

.
@HRK do you think it uses dual pulse motor?
no further detail is available in Public domain about Fatah-1

As far as I know based on publicly available information Pakistan don not have dual pulse motor technology BTW duel pulse is more suitable for air to air missiles why would they use this technology in MLRS as in GMLRS attaining the suitable height and inflight maneuvering is more important.
