Two Munsif class MSs were built in KSEW in the 90s. So we have the transfer of technology. This was a cheap oppurtunistic purchase to augment boats in this class. No big deal.

No. I believe this is Pakistan's main port and it's blocklade would have a severe impact on the economy.
