Just to be clear, FATF has NOT YET REMOVED PAKISTAN from the Grey list. Yes FATF have INDICATED that they will remove Pakistan from this list but ONLY AFTER THEY visit Pakistan in October.

SO question -- is there a chance that FATF will visit Pakistan and come up with another excuse to NOT remove Pakistan from this list??? My answer is that they will come up with another EXCUSE and NOT remove Pakistan from this list.
