United States Secretary of State Mike Pompeo on Tuesday night warned that Pakistan would be held accountable if it “continues to provide safe havens to terrorists”.

“Our expectation is that Pakistan will not provide safe havens to terrorists,” he said, adding a warning that Islamabad would “be held accountable”.

Talking to reporters at the State Department’s Foggy Bottom headquarters, Pompeo said this was the message he had delivered to the Pakistani leadership when he traveled to Islamabad in September, after Imran Khan became prime minister.

Pompeo said all stakeholders want reconciliation and for that to happen, “you cannot have sanctuaries”, adding that “the US has made it clear to Pakistan that its South Asia policy has not changed”.

The Pakistani government knows that “that’s our review and this administration has already made significant efforts to hold them accountable and we hope that they’ll achieve the goal that we have out for them”, said the secretary of state.

He indicated that there has been no change in the Trump administration’s policy with regard to suspension of security aid to Pakistan unless it takes satisfactory measures to eliminate alleged safe terrorist safe havens.

Early this year, US President Donald Trump had suspended USD 300 million in security aid to Pakistan.

The above quoted statement of Mike Pompeii was given after a libtard Afghan Journalist asked him about the role of Pakistan in the recent assassination in Afghanistan and how will Pakistan be punished for it.He was expecting from Mike Pompeii to implicate Pakistan in the assassination plot by his statement. But in his reply, he just repeated the same old "Do more" rhetoric in sheer disappointment of the Afghan Journalist.

They just need a reason to get their hands on our nukes. Just keep it calm, reach out to the international media and read the same good ol script that,

Pakistan as a democratic country firmly believes how these terrorists are a threat to global peace and we are fencing the border to keep the savages away from the civilzed folks. Bilateral relations, a mention of our sacrifices and other :blah::blah:

The whole argument depends on "if" there are any terrorist safe heaven and time to time it has been proven that there arent any.

Why will US be after your nukes when they had actively ensured that you get the nukes?

US-Saudi Arabia-Pakistan are joined at the hip.

Saudis will always ensure that the Oil is sold in dollars and dollars only.

Pakistan will always ensure the smooth passage of drugs from Afghanistan to the rest of the world.

All these statements are to fool the rest of the world.

You do get your cut.:D
No we don't in fact we just dont want to do anything with this shitt except those illegal Afghan refugees. We simply dont have the capability to perform strafing runs on opium fields in US controlled Afghanistan spreading over thousands of acres.
