Pakistan threatens to withdraw troops from Pak-Afghan border

My assumption is that these "groups" are the troops Pakistan intends to rape Afghanistan with (and Pakistan, in case of civil war) once NATO is gone and that's why Pakistan won't get rid of them now. Because Pakistan has simply run out of other excuses for inaction.

Army stretching too far in Tribal areas, ongoing operations in Kurram and Orakzai Agency, Strenthing their positions, Economical Pressure bearing the whole operation, Are these excuses?

Then what the hell is that, when American pull back from Kunar and Nuristan Border Posts whenever Pakistan start conducting operation on thier sides?

They say that it was a strategic re location of border area check posts as they are getting too much hit and Fire from enemy. Should we take US explanation as excuses too?

Come off your high horse.If PA has not learnt a lesson it itself taught the Russians and the US then it deserves to be pommelled into nothing.PA neither has the desire nor the finances to wage a war in Afghanistan.We need Afghanistan to be settled so that the 100,000 forces can be withdrawn and normality could prevail.
If you have not understood the fact that for 4 decades pakistan has been trying to restore peace in Afghanistan, you will also not understand that peace can never be restored with force. We have always suggested that there should be a negotiated settlement with the Afghanis including ALL segments of its tribal society. The problem is that the US has till now wanted to exclude the Pushtuns who form a majority in Afghanistan and instead rely on the orthern alliance to restore peace. This has clearly not worked and the US is now looking at assetts with whom it can negotiate on its own terms. You will also not understand the problems left behind in Iraq by the US with the Malki Government in power, and a Shia Sunni divide intentionally fuelled with judicious use of murder and mayhem to make the 2 communities fight each other.
pakistan has developed contacts and will safeguard its interests so that the new setup sdoes not have aggressive designs on it and does not become a headache. You also have to look at the refugee problem which is a financial drain on our economy.
