Yep as MUSTAKSHAF said above, after 18th amendment it is Sindh government responsible for initiation of these projects in Karachi and rest of the Sindh. As I mentioned, Punjab has shown other provinces that it can be done. Now, it is other provincial governments' job. If you want SS to do it then vote accordingly in 2018 elections.

18 amendment is the biggest fraud in Pakistan history and its give PPP permanent right to lots Sindh. What a big joke it is in the name of democracy (Dame Crazy)
