Keep calm and enjoy technology of pakistan i know you cant digest it ............
Yeah right, before writing these one liners better research on what the discussion is on.
Both have their pros and cons respective of their scenarios. In India's case, DRDO has access to a lot of funding from the GoI so they can invest easily in research and development. Also, since India has a conventional upper-hand, they are in no particular hurry since their existence is not being threatened. This investment of time and money pays off in the long term.
Our case is different.Pakistan's NESCOM is cash-strapped, and it barely produces enough system to meet the minimum needs of the military. And since we are conventionally inferior, our deterrence relies very heavily on the nuclear weapons, delivery systems for which are direly needed. We simply don't have the time or the money to invest in research.
The endurance would be around the same of CH-3 (since both are in the same category) that is 12 hours. Burq can be used as an ATGM or anti-personnel AGM based on the warhead type.
Fair enough.
