Pakistan steps towards 'Full-Spectrum Nuclear Deterrence'.

The NCA emphasised that Pakistan will continue to participate constructively in the Nuclear Security Summit (NSS) process. As a responsible nuclear weapons state with advanced technology and four-decade-long experience in safe and secure operation of nuclear power plants, Pakistan is ready to share its expertise with other interested states by providing fuel cycle services under the IAEA safeguards and by providing training placements at its centers of excellence on nuclear security.

Can we offer any such services to other nations without joining NSG..........???

This is subtle response to the leaks in the media about the American surveillance of our nuclear installations. Our next goal is to get admitted into NSG- we would need your diplomatic backing all the way.

That would be highly unlikely, unless major concessions are offered in return. Our best bet for such equipment is China only, not NSG.

That is why I said US panics as soon as the surveillance black budget information released Pakistan responded with-in 48 hours that it is expanding its Nuclear Arsenal. Clearly a cold war is going on and US has already lost it which mean rightly we have more than 120+ Nukes..A lost cause for US. But we should be cautious because now we know that out of the black budget Haqqani ambassador, dr afridi, zardari, rehman malik and others characters low and high level characters are involved and paid heavily. This rehman malik and haqqani should be the first ones to be eliminated.

If India is inducted on country exception basis, Pakistan should play the victim card.

Playing the victim card simply does not work in international geopolitics. There is no sympathy for victims over and above national interests.

I disagree - if Pakistan can flex its diplomatic muscle with backing from China and other friendly states, we can have the NSG membership.

I can understand our disagreement. Pakistan will not be an NSG member anytime soon.

. . .
why do you need one?

NSG rules forbid nuclear trade with a country which has not signed the NPT such as India and Pakistan. Membership is useful because it opens up good sources for high technology. However, India was given a waiver due to US influence, but Pakistan was not.

track record!!! We did not proliferate nuclear material to libya, iran or NoKo, that makes the difference...

Increase the payload of the nuclear warheads, Pakistan needs to have in storage at least 25 megaton nuclear warheads.
