That is why I said US panics as soon as the surveillance black budget information released Pakistan responded with-in 48 hours that it is expanding its Nuclear Arsenal. Clearly a cold war is going on and US has already lost it which mean rightly we have more than 120+ Nukes..A lost cause for US. NSG rules forbid nuclear trade with a country which has not signed the NPT such as India and Pakistan. Membership is useful because it opens up good sources for high technology. However, India was given a waiver due to US influence, but Pakistan was not.
