I hope after getting 8 JF-17 Sri Lanka orders 8 more to make a complete squadron
Well as good as the capabilities of JF-17 are (comparative to the cost) you are most probably right.
The first agreement is of 8 jets and after initial batch hand over, atleast 10 more jets will be ordered..
If Srilanka is in good economic position then i hope them to go for at least 36(which most probably will be their goal)....

.
Congrats Pakistan and JF17 team

A memorandum of understanding (MoU) describes a bilateral or multilateral agreement between two or more parties. It expresses a convergence of will between the parties, indicating an intended common line of action. It is often used in cases where parties either do not imply a legal commitment or in situations where the parties cannot create a legally enforceable agreement. It is a more formal alternative to a gentlemen's agreement.

Whether or not a document constitutes a binding contract depends only on the presence or absence of well-defined legal elements in the text proper of the document (the so-called "four corners"). The required elements are: offer and acceptance, consideration, and the intention to be legally bound (animus contrahendi). In the U.S., the specifics can differ slightly depending on whether the contract is for goods (falls under the Uniform Commercial Code [UCC]) or services (falls under the common law of the state).

Hope will help, however, back to topic. Signed, Yes. Thanks

I don't think there is need for one.
As it is confirmed by a senior journalist who was in the ceremony and is on visit of Sri Lanka with PM Nawaz SHarif
Hamid Mir can call himself a 'senior journalist' all he wants, but his 'journalism' has bordered on unsubstantiated opinion multiple times in the past.

Let's not forget so easily how he was in forefront of the media TTP apologists in the immediate aftermath of the Lal Masjid ops and when the FATA campaign was not going so well circa 2008/9/10.

. . . .
or if a Journalist like Hamid Meer, GEO lied this time then most probably he will be roped with a BVR and will be fired from JF-17.
