I am surprised why the people who criticise Indian spending on defence do not take a similar stand on Pakistan. Zaki, you are just a few who have voiced a balanced opinion.

India also borrows from the World Bank, ADB and other lending institutions and has thousands of slums in India and 400 million living below the poverty line, so why is it in the 10 top military spenders in the world?
